Why is the app not sending notifications on new submissions?

Hi, 

we we are looking for your kind support on the subject mentioned above. We are also looking for your paid subscription, to get more services from jotform. But since last couple of days I am not able to hear the klingeltöne mp3 on jotform mobile app. Also not getting the notification immediately on submission of the form.

I checked your account but was not able to find any forms under it.

Do you instead have a form on another JotForm account? If yes, please share the form URL so we can check its setup.
