I have received submissions, and my form is disabled now.

    Hi Jotform

    Not sure what was going on with all submissions - but nothing to do with my business it looks like I had around 150 entries in connection with some dating site.

    I have removed the form on my site so please help me get this resolved.

    I am not sure if I could understand you. But I can see that your account is overlimit because you have received 201/100 submissions this month. This can be why you are not able to access your forms and submissions. Actually, your form is disabled now. Here is a guide that will explain in detail your account limits.
