Hello.
First of all, I appreciated your help.
I figured out most my requesting.
But here is another thing I want to change.
How do I change the JotForm to our client domain?
The only way is that I have to register as Enterprise?Second of all, I added the widget you recommened.
It's great. But I want to add an text or more language options.
Like "add another Language"
Is there any way I can do it?

- How do I change the JotForm to our client domain? The only way is that I have to register as Enterprise?
1. For the web address, one option is to use the Enterprise plan. Another option is to embed the form into your client's website; so that the JotForm domain is no longer visible. Following is how you can embed your form into any website: https://www.jotform.com/help/34-embedding-a-form-to-a-web-page
2. For email alerts, you can change the Sender Name and Sender Email address to your company name and email address. You don't need a paid plan for this as well.
Following is how the Sender Name of email alerts can be changed:
Please Note:
- Notifications are the email sent to Form Owners.
- Autoresponders are the emails sent to the users who fill/submit the form.
To change the Sender Email address to your own domain; you'll need to implement your own SMTP server.
