How do I remove the jotform from the email ?

First of all, I appreciated your help.
I figured out most my requesting.
But here is another thing I want to change.
How do I change the JotForm to our client domain?
The only way is that I have to register as Enterprise?

Second of all, I added the widget you recommened.
It's great. But I want to add an text or more language options.

Like "add another Language"
Is there any way I can do it?

1. For the web address, one option is to use the Enterprise plan. Another option is to embed the form into your client's website; so that the JotForm domain is no longer visible. 2. For email alerts, you can change the Sender Name and Sender Email address to your company name and email address. You don't need a paid plan for this as well.

Following is how the Sender Name of email alerts can be changed:

• Notifications are the email sent to Form Owners.
• Autoresponders are the emails sent to the users who fill/submit the form.

To change the Sender Email address to your own domain; you'll need to implement your own SMTP server.
