Not receiving Notification emails

    Hi:


    Beginning last night, JotForm stopped sending me an email when each customer orders. Usually, I get an email alerting me as each order comes in. I see that I still have that feature set up on my form, but it suddenly stopped happening today. Can you fix it?


    Fortunately, I can go into my Google sheet integration and see who ordered, but I'd also like to receive an email.

    Greetings Amy.

    I have checked your email logs, and it looks like all emails were successfully sent.

    Can you please make sure they did not end in the Spam folder? Also, please make sure your email provider does not block JotForm's IPs and Domains. You can click here to see a full list of domains and whitelist them.

    Additionally, you can update the sender email from noreply@jotform.com to noreply@formresponse.com in the Notification settings:
