Account disabled or needing upgrading

    Hello

    Can you please confirm our jotform status - account kaylahiggins and email is initforautismspectrum.org.au

    She has now left Autism Spectrum Australia. Around November we received an email to inform that our account is currently full and we are under the impression that she has upgraded our account. However I don't recall any invoices or when I look at the account it seems "Free" account.

    Just would like a confirmation on this before I proceed to upgrade it.

    Even though we have deleted most of the submissions and saved them, why don't have anymore space? Some of the forms are not available and when you click the link the upgrade message comes up. Where as others work.

    Your forms are working now. Clearing your form cache has solved the issue. Here is how you can do it from your account.

    Your account is currently on a Free plan. There is no paid subscription active at the moment.
