Hi there, i cant view my customer's order in my submission
All the products they ordered, isnt showing in my email nor the submission tab.
Can help?

I guess you are referring to this form https://form.jotform.com/210201175714442? I have cloned the form.

Perhaps you have missed a step on you email settings? You need to set an Email Notifications, so that you'll be able to get emails whenever you receive a response from your web forms. Please follow the steps mentioned here https://www.jotform.com/help/25-setting-up-email-notifications

Hi,
Regarding " i cant view my customer's order in my submission "
Kindly set the Product List Properties to Required. This will prevent empty submission from users.
When a user tries to submit the form without selecting a product. The form will display a warning message "This field is required".
Please give it a try, and let us know how it goes.
