Cognito to JotForm

Hi,

Cognito Forms lovingly lost all of our form data by executing a permanent data delete script for another customer and apparently deleting the data for our account and perhaps many others. So, we are looking to switch. Being Cognito Forms alternative, JotForm seems to be fully functional for my needs. We read on your website at the following url that you can clone a form:

However, our forms use a lot of conditional logic on their site. Does your clone tool also clone the logic? We are desperately needing another company since Cognito Forms may not survive this disaster as a company and as I spend hundreds of hours creating these forms, I am trying to find the easiest solution.

I am sorry to learn about your bad experience.

When you clone a form generally, our system clone everything, including the conditional logic; however, there are security restrictions from the form service providers sometimes that prevent the transfer of certain information. 

The easiest way to know is to try cloning one of your forms into JotForm. (Kindly make sure that security options that may prevent form cloning on your Cognito account are disabled).
