Payment Error

    We can't figure out why we keep getting this error. We always clone our previous form and it works great but the last 2 months we've been having issues. I'm attaching a picture of the error.

    We were finally able to fix it by disconnecting and reconnecting the Square Connection. Is that normal to have to do?

    Apologies for the inconvenience.

    I have cloned your form, and I can't seem to recreate the issue on my end.

    Kindly try to access and login to your Square Dashboard on a different window. Then try to reintegrate the form into your Square account.

    Please give it a try and let us know if the issue persists.
