Prefill the form with clients information when client name is selected

Hi

I own a trailer rental business

Each client needs to complete a form to proof rental agreement,but i want to speed up the proses for regular clients and companies ,creating a dropbox with client name and when i select his name from list it opens his from partialy completed ,that same dropbox must contain all the new clients i regester aswell.

Im not impress with the input field of the spreadsheet to form.I want that field to be a dropdown of the actual unique code list (witch im now making a client name list).

You may create a dropdown field with clients names and use conditional logic to prepopulate other fields based on the client's name.
