I am not longer receiving email notifications when my users submit a new form.

    Still having issues, even after support looked at my account.(see below). I did not receive any notifications from anything Vick posted in my account. Feel free to give me a call so we can get this resolved.

    Hi Max,

    I've checked our records and your email address was added to our Unsubscribers List. I've removed it from there and have sent some test submissions on your form. Please check your email address and let us know if any of the emails were received. Please check the junk/spam folder as well.

    Are you referring to this email address? max@coachmax.biz

    If yes, I checked our email logs and I don't see any issue. All emails were being sent properly.

    If you're referring to a different email recipient, please let us know. Also, you can check your email provider and request to add the Jotform domain and IP addresses to their whitelist. Here's a guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/145-whitelisting-jotform-ip-addresses-and-domains
