Would like to send email/sms message after the order is placed.
Unfortunately, we do not have sms notifications. However, you can create email notifications and autoresponders.

Also would like to send email/sms once the photos are delivered (if they have opted for this).
I suggest you add a field in your form that will serve as a flag if the item has already been delivered.
Then create an autoresponder email and link it to a condition that will dictate that it will only be sent if the "delivered" flag has been checked.

On actual delivery, you will have to edit the submission to check the "delivered" flag.
