Hi
I have created a Jotform and linked a Dropbox folder for uploading the images, using the Unique ID.
It is working very smoothly.
However when I download the table from this form, the path included in the field for the image is not pointing at it, but it still contains some internal numbering from the form

Is there anyway of changing the path to point to the Dropbox folders?
Thanks for your help

Hello Gloria,
To verify, are you downloading the Table as Excel, or which download option are you using when downloading the submissions?
Can you also provide us with a screenshot of how the downloaded files show from your end to investigate it further? Please follow this guide on posting your screenshot on the ticket as we are unable to view images attached to emails: How-to-Post-Screenshots-to-Our-Support-Forum
Thank you. Looking forward to your response.

Hi
thanks for your prompt response.
Yes, I am downloading the csv file as you pointed.
This is the screenshot displaying the column I was referring to
I am trying to get the path to something like that /Dropbox/XX/0005/Artifacts.jpg being 0005 the Unique ID that I have included within the integration of Dropbox
Thanks

Greetings,
Afaik, JotForm - DropBox integration is one way, when you integrate JotForm with Dropbox, the path on JotForm server for the uploaded file is not changed to the DropBox path. For uploaded file, JotForm and DropBox has different file path.
What this integration does is to send all your form submissions to your Dropbox account, including the uploaded material.
Could you kindly share with us screenshotss of the DropBox for those files, so that we can further check?
Regards.

Hi
The files are getting correctly uploaded in the corresponding Dropbox folder. I was just trying to figure out how to automatically change the path to point there.
Otherwise I need to manually correct every path to use it in InDesign from Adobe. The program reads the location of the files to import them in the software
What screenshots will you need?
Cheers

Hi, Gloria!
Unfortunately, I am not sure that you can automatically change the path from JotForm's server to Dropbox or Google Drive.
If I will find a workaround - I'll update your ticket.
Thanks,
Alex
