The PDF attached on email is old - how to change?

    Good Morning

    I have copied a template 'photography contract' pdf form and trying to turn it into an accountancy terms of engagement. I have changed the text on the form however whenever i submit it the email pdf that comes through is the old photography contract - how do i change this?

    You also have to update the PDF Document of the form in the PDF Editor. Guide: How to Customize PDF Submissions Report
