Dear Sir and Madam,
My colleagues and me have used jotform for almost 2 years for receiving enrollments of many activities from schools. Recently, we found that we cannot receive any notification and the schools cannot receive the autoresponder. We have not changed any setting indeed. Is there any problems or updates about our accounts? Thank you!

Hi there,
I assume this is the form https://form.jotform.com/203318533195454 in question, right? I've checked our email logs, and the form's most recent submission has a record of the notification email sent from our server.

You should be able to see that information from your account's email history.
