Conditional Logic for sending emails

My question is on my Vacation Bible School Registration form. I want to put two forms in my autoresponder email. The first form is a medical release form and the second one will be a list of medications form. I want to put on my medications bullets on the form "Yes" or "No" options and have conditional logic for this option. Example: If my user selects "yes", they will get the medication form email to them in the autoresponder. If they select "No", they will not. Can this be done?

Yes, it can be done. You would need to create two autoresponder emails: Both contain different form links.

Then use this condition to send them based on the user's selection: how-to-send-email-based-on-users-answer. So for example, if the user selected YES from the 'MY CHILD HAS ALLERGY' field, send autoresponder1:

If no, set up the same condition but instead of the autoresponder1, send autoresponder 2.

Please try that and let us know if you need further assistance.
