Unable to reset the password

    Hello I have forgotten my password and have requested to reset it, but I still haven't received an email. Thx

    I see no account is associated with the email.

    Are you looking for an account with the username natashairvine21?

    If yes, then you may reset the password using the username. A reset email will be forwarded to your email which is mapped to JotForm.

    Sorry I set this account up with my previous email address - monica.prestidge@westmount.school.nz and I had thought I had changed the settings. My username is monicaprestidge.

    This email account is no longer valid. Could it be changed to monica.prestidge22@nz.oneschoolglobal.com as I don't receive any emails sent to monica.prestidge@westmount.school.nz.

    Your email address has been changed to monica.prestidge22@nz.oneschoolglobal.com. You would have received an email verification link at this email address. Please check that and verify this account's email address.

    After that reset the password.
