Removing JotForm branding on a HIPAA Forms account

    Hi there,


    I currently have the free HIPAA account for COVID responders, which I love. I would like to remove the JotForm branding. I see that upgrading to Silver would actually downgrade some of the features I currently have. Is there some way I can pay just to remove the branding? Or, can I pay for Silver but maintain the unlimited limits that comes with this special account type?

    Removing the JotForm Branding is only available for paid accounts:

    You may have to upgrade in order to do so.

    Thank you for getting back to me. My question is whether upgrading to Silver would downgrade my account limits to Silver level, which is lower than what I have now with the HIPAA Forms account.
