Email received on subscription downgrade

    Jot form was running an upgrade special for 50% off in January which I upgraded and paid the annual amount. I received an email today which we were downgraded. Please see a copy of both and verify we have the correct subscription and there is no restrictions on our account.

    I checked our records and the payment made on January 13, 2021, was for the Bronze Monthly plan of 29.00 USD.
