Cannot download zip file attachments

    I've requested attachments from a form I've been trying to download since Saturday. I'm logged into jotform I get the email in two zip files and I can download the second zip but the first one I get a warning everytime. Even after requesting another round.

    The screen shot I get each time that there is an error, I've been trying since yesterday and I need to forward these files to other people. Please tell me when and how I can get access to the files.

    Hello Samantha,

    Please try to make a new download again as I've cleared the cache of your forms, you can always perform this action from your side by following this guide.

    Please let us know if it works or if the issue is still persistent.
