    Hi,

I have a Zoom event coming up with up to 100 in attendance. Can this platform make everyone register on the Zoom Call and if so how does this work?

    Thanks

    Best Regards,

    Ruth Murphy

    Hi Ruth,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Yes, you can integrate zoom with Jotform and register participants easily. You can choose the "Register a Participant" option as an Action.

    Hi Zahra,
Thanks for coming back to me so quickly.
I need the attendees to register once the Zoom call is live. Would I need to embed the form on a website for this? Does al standard registrations happen before the event?

    Hi Ruth!

    - I need the attendees to register once the Zoom call is live. Would I need to embed the form on a website for this? Does al standard registrations happen before the event?

As far as I can test, it is possible to register attendees even if the Zoom call is LIVE. There is no such requirement to embed to form on your website for this; you can also use the direct form link to collect submissions if you like.

I hope this answers your query. If you have any further questions, let us know.

    Thank you!
