    Hi Allen! There are no issues with the sign-in process. The reason why you aren't able to login is that your account is a Guest account. Only regular accounts can login to JotForm.

    You can convert your guest account to regular account by signing up to JotForm with the same email address. This will merge your guest account with your new regular account.

    Hello! My apologies I just noticed that you also have a paid SILVER account with us registered with the email address we**re@fo**ic**e.p**e.

    If this is the account that you're referring to then please reset your account's password and then again try to login.
