How would an employee use a form to notify me when free to work?

I was wondering if there was a way for a person to use a form, which would toggle a 'Available' or ' Unavailable' feature which would then update a database.

Say a freelance person wants to be used and is ready to work, I could see that is the case and call upon them or perhaps they are vacation/holiday and don't want to be disturbed.

I would imagine an Excel with a link to a database might work.

Also, I used your app which sends an Excel to Dropbox but despite successful setup no excel sheet is sent to the dropbox folder.

Hello Dan,

You may create a simple form with a dropdown field to select either Available or unavailable.

Based on the selection, and form submissions, the data is stored in your JotForm account. The submission data can also be stored on Google sheets if you integrate your form with Google sheets.
