Do I need to connect a payment precessing system in order to create and send a form to request credit card information from customers?

We run a furniture business and nowadays, many transactions are done over the phone/email. I need an electronically fillable form I can send to customers asking for credit card number/info, billing, delivery address, etc. I've created what I wanted but the CC info does not show. Do I need to connect to a payment processing in order to be able to use this app?

Hello,

We do not allow collecting credit cards using JotForm. You need to use a Payment processor to do the transaction.
