Receiving "Upload Error"

    I have tried numerous times and can't seem to get a resolution for it. Please help.

    Are you facing this issue on the standalone form or on the webpage where you have embedded your form? If on the webpage, please try embedding the form using the iFrame embed code: https://www.jotform.com/help/148-getting-the-form-iframe-code

    I created the form and then went to share form and copied and pasted it to my website and my Instagram bio.

    To my understanding, you have the link to your form accessible through your website and your Instagram bio. May we ask that you confirm if the issue you are reporting happens when your form is being accessed from both locations? May we ask that you share with us the link to your website and your Instagram bio, please? Also, with your permission, would it be okay if we make test submissions on your form?
