Embed Form: Please help with form that can be added to WIX website

Hi,

Here's my scenario. I would like my website members to be able to go to a page that has a list of names with codes (removed). #1 the list can be edited and sorted by admin

On that page they then click their code, this will take them to a member restricted - permission button to click with a URL to a google drive.

Is there a way to create this and then embed it?

I am not sure I understand your concern. Do you want to create a form with a list of codes with links and then embed it on Wix?
