I have some problem with embeded JotForm on wordpress

So I am using tabs to embed 2 different jotfroms . The problem is on the first tab it appears great but as we click the second tab the first question " travveling to " shows like the image I hae attached. I am using text widget to add form ( already downloded plugin for jotform)

I tried changing widht of the form or shuffle questions but only this widget which is airport search has this problem. I also tried using iframe but on second tab it doesnt loads properly,

One more thing , after clicking submit it jumps to top of the page why is it happening?

We apologize for inconvenience. I have been checking the embedded forms in your website and I found that the possible reason for the issue was due to script conflict between those in the forms and those in the website.

What I suggest you try for now is to re-embed the forms within the 2 tabs using the form's iframe embed code.

The key here is to have the 2 forms contained inside an iframe to prevent script conflict related issue.

Please let us know if issue persist even after doing all these already.
