Error 404

Unable to download entire table data in pdf format. error 404 is reported

Hi,

Which option are you using to download the data?

Looking forward to your reply.

1.Go to table
2.select the items to be downloaded and then click download.
3. System pops up saying a zip file will be mail to you.
4. Mail is send by Jotform to register mail I asking to download..
5. When tried tried to download the error 404 pops up.
please help me because this is my requirement .

I have checked our email logs and tried to download the file, and I had no problems with it. Please make sure you are logged in to your JotForm account before trying to click the download link.

Let us know if this resolved your problem.

Can you please clarify what do you mean by "alternate email ID"? Are you logged in to your JotForm account when you try to open the files? If you are, and you still see 404 page, please try to download them using the following link:

Thankyou for the support. You asked alternate mail ID, please note my registered mail ID is shirish.gaikwad@ksb.com but since I was unable to download the zip file and page 404 displayed. I changed the mail ID to shirishgaikwad@rediffmail.com but still I could not download the zip file. Please let me know whether each time I need to use link mentioned in the trailing mail to download the zip file.

Hi,

The issue is not with the email address, the error usually appears when you are not logged in to your Jotform account when you try to download the file.

Are you sure you are logged in to the correct Jotform account when you attempt to download the file?

Yes Off course I’m login while I try to download the zip folder that is received through email.

Please try to clear the browser's cache and cookies, login to your JotForm account again, and then try again.

The screen shot was of the error 404, but since morning I’m not even able to download a single pdf report when tried from table option. I shall try from some other PC/ laptop might be some issue with my browser. But required your help to settle this issue other wise this tools will be of no use to me. I shall keep you posted after trying from other PC.

Happy to inform you with change in PC the issue was resolved could able to download the pdf file, but encounter 1 new issue. The zip folder content pdf file which content multiple report but my requirement is 1 pdf file for each row / data submitted. Can you plz. guide me in this context.

Each submission will have its own PDF file. It is not possible to download all submission information in one file.
