Misunderstanding about plans offered - How to cancel account

I went about using your site by first finding a template, completing that for myself. Then recieving a notification that I must first sign up and that it us free to sign up. The, immediately notification on 50% discount on plans. Sorry if I misunderstood. Though it was free. Do not want to sign up for any plan.

Must I cancel my sign -up details? How do zI do that?

Jotform never charges a user nor it's required to give us your payment information when you open an account unless you purposely buy a subscription.

You only have a free account and can keep it as long as you wish, otherwise, you can delete it, just go to your profile section of your account and look for the Delete My Account link.
