SMTP Email Doesn't Work

    Hi I am trying to set up an STMP mail address so that our response emails come from US and not Jotform. We've cleared the form cache. Please help.

    Are you receiving an error message when you're attempting to set up your SMTP email? Or, using the guide above, at what point during the process is it not working?
