    i want to cancel this subscription please as it is not fit for our purpose. it has been 3 hours since we bought it and we cannot use it for our charity

    Our users are averse to forms that mandate them having to login to fill forms. We are unlikely to get uptake this way.

    Our projects have limited funding so we are asking to get the fee we paid back please.

    We paid $ 345.60 can we get this refunded as soon as possible please.

    Will appreciate it.
