This has been in intermittent issue, particularly with Apple users, but in this case on a PC laptop running Chrome. Sometimes if I start the form from my end, they can edit using the link in the confirmation letter. When I just tried that though, the Submit button does nothing, and users have had the same issue. https://form.jotform.com/210194895083057

I tested your form in Chrome and was able to make a test submission. You must have received it. Please make sure that Chrome is updated on your system. My chrome version is 88.0.4324.190 (Official Build) (64-bit).
I have also cleared your form cache to avoid issues related to that.
