How can I generate a "Thank You" page?

Hi,

I have created a form, which is a Health Declaration form for patients to complete. Once it is completed and submitted, there is no "Thank You" page that appears with the completed form details (for reading only). How can I generate this?

You can easily create a thank you page from your form settings at the form builder section
