How to allow submissions to reserve an appointment slot while filling out the form?

We do apologize for the inconvenience. However, it is not possible to allow your submissions to reserve an appointment slot while they are still filling out the form (without submitting). This can be problematic for other people filling out your form. When s/he reserves a slot, changing it without submitting it poses a problem for filling out your other form submissions.

It seems that the form kind of crashes when someone beats you to the submit button for the chosen time. Is there a way to refresh the available times without the patient having to start all over again and re-fill out the form?

I have checked with our team but I have been informed that such feature of refreshing the available times without the re-filling the form is not available yet.

On the issue of form crashing when someone tries to submit at the same time, could you please share the form link and screenshot of the error you see when it crashes?
