Hello
I tried asking this question before and I think I asked it in a confusing way, so let me try again.
I am an account holder and the forms that I use to send to my clients were created by another user and were shared to my account for me to use/send to my clients.
The person that created and shared those forms with me keeps getting the notifications of my clients' submissions instead of me. I don't get notifications at all. Is there a way to disconnect her account from my forms and submissions? The information being shared is private and shouldn't be going to anyone else but me.
Please advise

You can first change the email recipient on the notification email on the form to your email address: https://www.jotform.com/help/41-how-to-change-the-email-address-used-for-notification-email
If you want to entirely disconnect that form and submissions from their account, the form needs to be transferred to your account. For that we need to receive a request from that other user to transfer the form into your account.
Additionally could you let us know the form URL?
