HOW TO ACCESS AN OLD ACCOUNT

    I help my 86 year old father with a website. There is a link on the site to jotform.

    Here is the link: "https://form.jotform.com/jsform/80706318184154"

    I cannot figure out how to edit that form. I own multiple jotform accounts but this form is not in any of them.
