How to change my free account username

Free users are able to change their usernames by themselves, please follow these steps:

1. Go to the account- profile section https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/profile

2. At the Username option, click on edit

3. Type the new username and click on Save. The system will tell you if the user already exists, if that is the case, try with another variant.
