PDF still showing things that were deleted

    I deleted pages from from my documents and when I download them the still show things I deleted. I have edited both online and pdf and they don't show when I am in edit. starting from page 7 to the end should not be there.

    On the PDF editor page of your form where you edit the content of the PDF copy of your form submissions and you can delete the pages on the PDF document that is no longer necessary.

    I have been in the pdf edit part and when I am there it does not show me these pages to be able to delete them. But when I download a new submission it has these blank pages attached.

    Could you create a new PDF document on your PDF Editor and check?

    Just click on the New PDF > New PDF document:

    It automatically pulls in all updated fields and submissions of your form.

    Please try this and let us know if the PDF document shows the updated fields.

    when I did this the pdf downloaded correctly but when I go to inbox and download new document I am still getting the extra pages that should be deleted.

    Hi,

    I have cloned your form and downloaded the PDF from the Inbox page, and I could not replicate the issue. I didn't see the blank pages in the PDF.

    I have now cleared your form cache. Could you please recheck and let us know if the issue persists on your end?

    my original options were Print version, New Document 1 and Filliable - intake packet. When I used New Document 1 that is when it would download pages that had been deleted. Now the choice Financial forms is there and when I choose that it downloads correctly.

    Hi,

    You can go to the PDF Editor and manually delete the fields in the New Document 1 and Fillable - intake packet PDF templates. Or you can keep using the Financial forms template as it downloads correctly.
