How to remove my credit card?

This account is for a non-profit organization that I am no longer associated with. I would like to remove my credit card from the form of payment on this account, but I do not want to cancel this account as the organization still needs to use it. I can't figure out how to do this on your website.

I am not currently on a paid account, but my credit card number is stored for the times when we upgrade the account to a paid account during our registration period. How can I remove my credit card number from this account?

Please note that we do not store the credit card information, but it is directly passed to the payment processor who processes your subscription payments.

I have sent a request to remove the card that still shows in your account, as there are no active subscriptions in your account.
