How to add Google Places API

Part of my form is adding previous doctors and hospitals. Am I able to add Google Places API restricting to doctors/hospitals...in order for patient to start typing and then Places can autocomplete the rest...

I tried that solution at first but I was looking for something more. However, I think the first solution might actually be better. But now I have another problem. I need patients to add their apartment number too. But there is no field to add apartment number on that autocomplete address. How can I add that in the same field area?

There is a house number option within the widget, but there is no option to add an apartment number.

You can try adding a separate field where the users can add their apartment numbers.
