Add two subheadings and download submissions as Excel

    Hello, is there a way to incorporate two subheadings under the main header? also, can submissions be easily downloaded into excel file for sorting responses?

    Are you referring to the subheading below?

    Unfortunately, only one Sub Heading is allowed per Heading field. What I would suggest is for you to use Paragraph field, then design it the way you like.
