Downgrade and request refund

Is it possible for me to get a refund? I no longer use this site and I didn't even remember I had autopay until I saw the bill. A little heads up before you take the money would helpful, especially during a pandemic.

I have now added your account to our PayPal Refund Queue for your account to be cancelled and for the refund to be processed. Please allow 5-10 business days before the refund reflects in your account.
