    Upon my subscription it stated that I had a discounted monthly rate, however once my payment was processed it showed that I paid the regular rate, so I need to know what my monthly rate is for the bronze package, which should be he discounted rate.

    Unfortunately, I am unaware of any current ongoing discounts or campaigns.
    May I ask did you receive the discount in your email? If so, could you kindly send us a screenshot of it?

    I can see that your account was created recently. For new users, we offer a 24-hour welcome discount, which is 50% for only yearly/bi-yearly accounts. Could this have been the discount that you were looking at?

    If you want to avail of the discount, we can manually extend the period on your account for a 24 hour period. However, please note that the discount is only for yearly/bi-yearly plans, and it does not include the monthly plan.

    Yes I believe I overlooked the annual promotion. Can you tell me how much
    it is annually? Would I be eligible for the 50% if I decide to accept the

    Hi,

    The normal price for the annual plan is $288 for Bronze, $348 for Silver, and $948 for the Gold plan, and the welcome discount is 50% from these prices.
    If you want to use the discount, I can cancel and refund your current monthly subscription, and re-enable the welcome discount for a 24-hour period, and you will be eligible for the annual 50% discount.

    I have now canceled and refunded the monthly subscription. Please allow 3 - 5 business days to see the refund in your account.

    I re-activated the 50% welcome offer to your account. Please note that the offer is valid for only 24-hours, so kindly upgrade your account within this time period. When you log in to your account, you should see the discount in your account.
    When you upgrade, please also make sure to choose the yearly plan for the discount to be effective.
