Form Element Glitches -not saving changes

Hello,

I'm writing to you today to let you know that my Paragraph Form Element glitches and erases all of my content. It doesn't matter if I am the only person working in the form or not, it will completely disappear.

In the past and the solution has been to revert my form to a previously saved version. This works but is not ideal to have to rely on doing that multiple times while working on a form.

Is there a better solution?

In the most recent occurrence of this, I noticed that the work I did on my form wasn't saved at all.

When you try to make changes to the form, you'll notice these indicators just below the form name:

It is an indicator that any changes you made to the form were saved. So after making the changes and before closing the form builder, please ensure that you'll see an "ALL CHANGES SAVED" notice here - it means they were saved and the structure of the form has been sent and stored into our servers.

Closing the form builder while the saving mechanism is in progress will lose all the changes you just made:

Another factor is that when multiple users are logged on to the same account and are concurrently editing the form, whoever the last one to close the form builder will have the changes he made be saved. This is why we discourage concurrent logins as a regular account, like yours, is intended for a single user only. So if you're doing this, it could be one of the reasons why some changes are not saved. Thank you for addressing the second issue with my form. I had a feeling that might be the case as to why the form changes didn't save.

I am concerned still about how the form sometimes glitches and erases all content in the Paragraph Form Element. I've made sure I'm the only person working in Jotform and it still periodically will erase all content in the field. Reverting back to a previous edition of the form is how I've been coping with the issue, but it is not always an easy fix.

Please advise on what is happening with my form.

Hello Megan - To clarify, when you added texts into the Paragraph field, were you able to see those texts several days after adding them? Or the texts were removed as soon as you exit Jotform and go back into the form builder?

It seems strange if the texts were deleted by themselves several days after adding them.
