I need to set up an election for our members. I want to send out an email to each member that has a link to the form with a token so they can complete the form only once. Once they vote, their token will no longer work.

is this possible with jot form?

    Thanks

    Roy

    Hello,

Thank you for reaching out to us. If you'd like to limit the number of submissions per user, you can set up "Unique Submissions", so they will not be able to submit more than once. You could check the submission by "Cookies" or "cookies and IP" and allow only one submission to be submitted. Please note that if you chose "Cookies", users could still submit a form if they changed their web browser such as FireFox on desktop and Chrome on Android phone.
