received blank submissions

    Good evening. I had some blank submissions come through on two forms this afternoon. I deleted because I assumed it was a user entry issue. It looks like these submissions populated after some time had passed. Was there an update or issue with Jotforms today? My problem with the delay is the email copied of the PDF which I auto send. It went out blank and doesn't have the ability to populate later.

    Hi Tucker - I apologize for the inconvenience.

    I see you have multiple forms regarding Covid Vaccine. Would it be possible for you to share which of them you're having these issues with? Kindly share the specific problematic submissions as well for us to check.

    Also, we haven't received a report/issue regarding PDFs today aside from yours. Perhaps it's just a temporary glitch. Could you please check again?

    The form is Tabernacle/Pfizer (dose 1) 3-31

    I tested 3 forms yesterday and easy came across blank then populated after 15 to 30 min. I activated an old form that had been used a month ago and we had the same thing. All have populated with the exception of the last entry on the form I mentioned. If you look you will see the blank submission. It just says March 22 2021 1057. No data. I also looked in the forum and this issue was mentioned a few days ago a few times.

    Thank you for sharing this information with us. We do apologize for the inconvenience that you experienced.

    I went ahead and reviewed two forms on your account to see if I could verify the issue that you mentioned and I was not able to replicate the issue. When I reviewed the submissions for the forms titled Tabernacle/Pfizer (Dose 1) 3-31 and WHP/Pfizer (Dose 1) 3-31 I was not able to find any blank submissions.

    Please note that we did experience a short delay in our servers yesterday that did cause some data to show as blank for a few minutes, however, that issue was resolved and the servers were stabilized once again. This could be the reason you were seeing blank submissions.

    Can you kindly try clearing your browser's cache and cookies and then try viewing your form submissions again? You can also try from an incognito/private window.

    Please let us know if the issue persists, we will be happy to troubleshoot further.

    Hello. Adding on to this discussion. We are also receiving blank submissions via email. The forms are populating on the server later but I just wanted to make you aware for troubleshooting that it is still happening and is not just an issue from yesterday.
