Hair Salon skin test form

hi I have created my form but it has sections for the client to fill in and the stylist I know how to send to client to fill in then I receive submission how then do I go back on it to add the stylists info and signature is there a way one it has come back to me as a submission?

If you need to create a multi-step form that requires signatures from different people, then, this is most certainly possible with JotForm.

For this task, you will need to utilize an Approval Process Workflow, which is a set of JotForm features used together to create multi-step approval forms. Here you will create one form to first allow your clients to sign, then it can be sent to the stylist for their signature, and finally, it can be sent back to you.
