I need to create a form for enrollment. My requirement is to give the Highest Qualification field. When the candidate selects Graduation as the Highest qualification, I must get Specialization and Year of Pass out as sub-fields. If the candidate selects Post graduation as the highest qualification, I must get specialization, year of pass out, UG, specialization, year of pass out as sub-fields. How can I do this with JotForm?

    Hello there,

    Thank you for contacting support.

You can add all the fields you have mentioned above to your form and show/hide them according to user's answer. This can be done by creating show/hide conditions. Kindly check the guide below.
