Hello, I'm having trouble making my form in French. I have the translated text I want to use, but I want the base language to be French as well (so that the un-editable form elements have French text). I tried following the instructions to change the form language in the settings but it doesn't seem to have done anything - all the form elements are still in English.

Can you please help me with this?

I believe you only want all your forms in French and not in any other language.

Then please log into your account using this link: https://www.jotform.com/fr/

Then all your account pages, forms will be in French.

If you want only one form in French, then use this link to create a multilingual form. First set the form language as English, add French translation and then set French as the Primary language: https://www.jotform.com/help/298-how-to-make-your-forms-multilingual
