Thanks for reaching out to us!

Kindly note that, unfortunately, it's not a feature as of yet to include Signature Field based on approval or denial as when the approval clicks on Approve or Deny, submissions are directly taken to the Pending approval tab on the form's JotForm Inbox page, where you can take it from there.

However, a workaround would be using the classical way which is explained in-detail in the guide below.

Moreover, I've successfully escalated this as a feature request to our developers. Also, please note that we can not provide you with when or if this will be implemented. If there is any update, we will inform you via this support ticket.

We implemented signature option for the approvals. By simply dragging and dropping 'Approve & Sign' element, for the selected outcomes you can request signature for your approvals.
