Reset submission limit at the beginning of the month

    Good day.

    Please help with monthly submission limit at my form. For some reason it's hasn't been reset with May 1st, as it usually happens. This has happened once before, and then I just upgraded my account, but anyways it seems like some kind of bug.

    This is usually a caching issue.

    I've cleared your forms' cache and it's displaying correctly now.

    Greetings.

    Well, seems like I'm again need your assistance in the same question about reset submission limit at the beginning of the december. As you adviced, I manually cleared the cache today and yesterday several times, but that didn't seem to help.

    I would be grateful if you can help me again.

    Without clearing the form cache at our end, when I checked your account, I could see that the forms are working fine without any over quota message.

    Please check and let us know if you are still facing issues.
